This is a shared living apartment for people with mental illness who are wishing to get back on their feet and live in a comfortable, safe environment and neighborhood. The apartment is located in a safe and convenient area of West Allis between two main thoroughfares and many convenient nearby places. The apartment is fully furnished. Rent is $500 per month and security deposit is $500 with payments as an option. Contact Steve for more info.
Education and Employment Opportunities
The apartment is near a lot of employers for those who wish to work and MATC is conveniently located nearby should you wish to get your GED or complete an Associates degree or other training program. There are a variety of possible job opportunities available in the many stores within a short walking distance or bus ride and Greenfield Avenue and National Avenue are main thoroughfares located within a few blocks of the apartment.

Nearby are State Fair, grocery stores such as Pick'n'Save, thrift shops, bus lines, downtown West Allis, and a Wall Mart is opening soon.
National Avenue and Greenfield Avenue are both main streets with bus lines from which you can get just about anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment and they are $500 dollars a piece. Central air is included. All utilities are free. The apartment is fully furnished so pretty much everything is taken care of except for your grocery bill and the $500 covers everything else. The owner lives on site and is amenable to your needs.
